What Servant Leadership is not

Couple more notes on Servant Leadership: Servant leadership is not: Not related to formal position Not your place on the org chart Not limited to job description Not a communication style Not soft Not a religious thing My overall reaction to this workshop was that the speaker was preaching to the choir. My hunch is that, as the CEO of a military communications contracting firm, he most likely comes into contact with people who dont get the idea of servant leadership. I think most librarians get it!
